Eunice’s Biography

Eunice is a Senior Physiotherapist with more than a decade of clinical experience across Singapore’s healthcare system. Since 2014, she has practised at Mount Alvernia Hospital, National Healthcare Group Polyclinics and private clinics, treating sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions in patients ranging from children to the elderly. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Ireland and is a Fully Registered Physiotherapist with Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

What distinguishes Eunice’s practice is the breadth of her rehabilitation toolkit beyond conventional physiotherapy. She is Polestar Pilates rehabilitation certified, allowing her to carry clinical treatment directly into apparatus-based Clinical Pilates, and a certified International ISST Schroth Method Scoliosis Therapist, qualifying her to deliver scoliosis-specific corrective therapy to international standards. For clients, this means assessment, treatment and movement retraining can progress as one continuous programme under a single clinician.

Sport runs deep in her background. A former national Touch Football and Rugby player, and a FIT Level 1 certified Touch Football coach who has coached at under-18 level, Eunice understands athletic injury from both sides of the treatment table, and it shows in how she manages sports rehabilitation and return-to-play decisions.

Friendly, thorough and patient-focused, Eunice treats the whole person rather than the presenting complaint, whether she is managing chronic pain, guiding a post-natal recovery, or keeping an older client strong, mobile and independent. Outside the clinic, she is usually outdoors.
