The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced physiotherapists to join our growing team. Senior physiotherapists with more than seven years of experience are especially encouraged to apply. This role is well suited for those who value flexibility, as freelance and flexible work arrangements are available.

You will support a wide variety of clients, including athletes, individuals recovering from surgery, and those managing chronic pain, postural conditions, pre and postnatal issues, and degenerative changes. Your responsibility is to help them restore function, prevent injury, and improve quality of life.

 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a clinician who combines strong technical skills with a genuine passion for movement and preventive care. You will enjoy working collaboratively, educating clients, and empowering them with the tools to remain well. Ideally, you will have experience in private practice specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or in a hospital outpatient orthopaedic department.

A strong interest in Clinical Pilates and Scoliosis Management will be an advantage. For the right candidate, training opportunities and sponsorship will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, hands on treatments, and tailored rehabilitation programmes

  • Design and implement personalised care strategies to relieve pain, restore function, and prevent recurrence

  • Maintain clear and accurate patient records to track progress and outcomes

  • Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care

  • Recommend appropriate post rehabilitation pathways, including Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and bodywork programmes

 

Requirements

  • Fully registered with AHPC (Singapore) with a valid practising certificate

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (private practice or hospital outpatient experience preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload

  • Strong interest in combining physiotherapy with movement based therapies

  • Additional expertise in Clinical Pilates, Scoliosis Management, or Women’s Health will be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong patient rapport

  • Compassionate, proactive, and committed to long term patient wellbeing

Pilates & Gyrotonic Instructors

(Specialising in Rehab, Scoliosis and/or Pre & Post-natal)

We currently have positions open for a Pilates & Gyrotonic instructor who specialises in rehabilitation, women wellness, scoliosis and/or working with the elderly population. The ideal candidate must have proven track record of teaching private Pilates and building client relationships, plus is an excellent team player. An instructor with at least 7 years of teaching experience will be ideal for the senior instructor position.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensively certified by an internationally recognised Pilates education organisation (Polestar Pilates is preferred).

  • Gyrotonic Level 1 certified.

  • Minimum 7 years of teaching experience for the senior instructor position. Those with lesser experience will be considered for a regular Pilates instructor position.

  • Completed advanced Pilates teaching in handling special population.

  • Completed Gyrotonic therapeutic application courses preferred.

  • Must be able to demonstrate skills and experience in with at least one specialty area: rehabilitation, women’s wellness (prenatal & postnatal), scoliosis and working with seniors.

  • Experience in teaching Pilates in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic is highly desirable.

  • Pleasant and outgoing deposition with excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent client relationship building and management the key to be successful in this position.

  • Must be reliable, professional and be able to work within a team orientated environment.

  • This is a freelance, commission-based position.

Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and entrepreneurial leader to be an Clinic Manager. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic comapny in the health and wellness space. Customer service experience is a must and social media experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must have excellent computer skills.

Ideal for students undertaking a physiotherapy degree who is interested in the operations of a private clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operating activities of the clinic

  • Manage appointments and customer enquiries

  • Ensure overall clinic cleanliness and upkeeping

  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance client experience

  • Resolve negative feedback/complaints from internal and external customers

  • Ensure billings and collections are done accurately and timely

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director

  • Possess strong leadership, planning, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Friendly and pleasant disposition
