Why are we different from other Physiotherapy clinics?
We are not only treating your symptoms (pain, stiffness, misalignment etc.), but also finding the root cause of your problem. We take time to assess your pain or injury. Our physiotherapists have extensive knowledge in physiotherapy manual therapy skills, movement analysis and functional training. We treat the root cause of your problem and help you to achieve your fitness goal eventually. Initial consultation typically lasts 45 minutes to one hour.
A physiotherapy treatment session usually starts with manual therapies to relieve pain such as soft tissue release, neural mobilization, joint and spinal mobilization, ultrasound, faulty alignment and movement correction, depending on the symptoms and the cause of your problem. To speed up the recovery process, we integrate physiotherapy treatment with Rehabilitation Pilates and movement awareness training.

Physiotherapy for Pre & Post Surgery Rehabilitation
Physiotherapy aids rehabilitation from orthopeadic surgery. Orthopeadic Surgeons often recommend patients for pre- and post-surgery physiotherapy to speed up recovery.
When your body is strengthened before an orthopedic surgery, it regains functional flexibility and mobility in the affected areas in much shorter time. Similarly, post-surgery physiotherapy coaxes your body to regain full strength quickly.
Conditions we treat for post surgery rehabilitation:
- Lumbar spine surgery
- Cervical spine surgery
- Spinal fusion
- Total hip replacement or hip surgery
- Total knee replacement
- ACL or PCL reconstruction
- Shoulder surgery (tendon repair, dislocation)
